News14 in Charlotte aired the story on Saturday 3/8/14. Reporter Carolina Vandegriff did the story and for those that do not know Caroline. She came to Charlotte a little over a year ago to work for News14. While reporting during a storm a vehicle ran off the road and hit Caroline. Carolina spent the next 7 months recuperating from the injuries sustained from the accident. Caroline did a fantastic job bringing this story to the TWC viewers knowing first hand how something like the blanket can bring comfort to the patient. In our case Andy's blanket is cherished greatly as this was the last thing that touched him and has his smell on it. See the Video below!
